Loyalty Rewards Program

The Friends Who Help Support Group created a loyalty reward program that is designed to encourage our supporting members to participate in our community. It is designed to reward customers for their continued support and engagement with our group. The program offers various incentives, benefits, or discounts to customers who frequently make purchases, attend events, participate in our contests, buy products or services from our corporate sponsors, or engage as volunteers and spend time helping our community members or our staff with administrative tasks.
Our supporting members are automatically signed up for the program, through our digital platform which we call the Members Qube App. Once enrolled, our supporting members earn points or rewards based on their purchases or specific actions, such as ticket purchases, product purchases, gift item purchases, event attendance, volunteer hours, referrals or social media engagement. These points accumulate over time and can be redeemed for discounts, free products, exclusive offers, special services or other perks.
Points are earned automatically by using the Members Qube App to gain access to events, do online purchases or set schedules. The more frequently the supporting members engage with our community, the more points they accumulate. Some programs may offer bonus points for certain actions or purchases, as further incentive's to encourage supporting member participation.
Redeeming points is usually straightforward. Customers can either use their points as a form of currency to offset the cost of future purchases or exchange them for specific rewards offered by the program. The rewards can range from discounts on future purchases to free merchandise, exclusive access to events, access to special programs or even personalized services or subsidies.
In general terms the number of points earned through purchases are set at the standard rate of 14 points per $1 spent. As points get accumulated they may be redeemed based on the points values as set in the Loyalty Rewards Program Catalogue.
It is also possible to redeem these points for Canadian currency. The exchange rate on these points is 10,000 points for $10.00 in Canadian Currency. This cash may be used to pay for special community services and programs offered by our group. As an alternative it may be used to pay for some of the benefits programs our group offers to its members like Group RDSP's Educational Plans, Tuition repayment plans and many more.
Points are awarded not just for what you buy but also for what you do!
Points may be earned by our supporting members for the following activities:

Volunteer Programs

Volunteer Programs refer to an organized initiative that encourages individuals to offer their time, skills, and efforts without monetary compensation for the betterment of a cause or community. These programs have been established by the Friends Who Help support group to address specific needs within our community. They facilitate the engagement of volunteers who dedicate their time and expertise toward making a positive impact on society, addressing social issues, and contributing to community development.
One example of a Friends Who Help volunteer program is found in our community service initiative where we host events and courses to build spirit in the community and allow make sure that our community members with special needs are looked after and can come out and participate. These programs might involve various activities such as helping out at an event venue, serving meals at homeless shelters, tutoring students, organizing charity events, or participating in environmental conservation efforts like beach clean-ups or tree planting. Volunteers engage directly with the community, leveraging their skills and passion to address specific social needs or promote positive change.
The Friends Who Help Support Group has volunteer opportunities that include:
Event Participation - helping out at Events, collecting or selling tickets, working the door, helping with security or even managing or planning the event from scratch.
Content Creation - represents an opportunity for the volunteer to be creative. This involves tasks like doing research and writing articles, and essays that we publish in our newsletters. It may also involve writing letters to approach businesses, government, or individuals to draw attention to our group and attempt to influence to get a specific result.
Fundraising - Every organization needs money to operate and we are no different. We are very careful with how we spend money and make sure we get maximum value from every dollar we spend but the money has to come from someplace and that money comes from our generous supporting members, corporate sponsors and vending partners just like you! The volunteer opportunities in this category could include hosting fundraising events, selling event tickets, getting donations from local businesses or groups or even selling Adverting space or sponsorship packages. These volunteers could also be responsible for all the Friends Who Help Crowd Funding projects, and other potential fundraising ideas.
Event Hosting - is another very popular volunteering initiative. The Friends Who Help support group is always on the lookout for new venues where we can host events and get people together. Volunteers are essential to our group as they help us find new places to gather and have a good time.
Social Media Promotion - A key aspect in helping our group is in getting the word out and our volunteer team is an essential component in making this happen. The opportunities in this segment are endless. Their are many social media platforms and public groups and our volunteers have to participate and network on social media to build awareness of our group.
Phone/Call Centre - As a support group we are often getting telephone inquiries and someone needs to be available to answer the phone. Our volunteer team is entrusted with the task of answering the phone in a professional manner and help solving the problems or answering the questions that are being asked in a timely and professional manner.
Tutoring - many of our community members need some extra help. We often have our volunteers with necessary skills tutor those that are lacking these specific skills and need some help. This could be tutoring in almost any type of program including basic school subject like math and science to essential life skills like cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
Translation / Transcription - In an effort to grow our group across the country in all regions and all communities we often need help with translating or transcribing our marketing and training materials. Volunteers with these essential language skills are in big demand with our group and are always invited to help out.
Advertising Programs

Advertising programs are strategic initiatives designed to promote products, services, or brands to our group members. This is one of the key methods the Friends Who Help Support Group uses to rase funds. These programs encompass comprehensive plans, tactics, and campaigns developed within our organization to create awareness, attract customers, and ultimately drive sales or achieve specific marketing objectives for our advertising sponsors.
One example of an advertising program is a digital marketing campaign. This campaign might include a mix of online advertising methods such social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and email marketing. It could also include graphical advertising options like banner ads placed on all our websites and other digital content hosted on our Member Qube App. The aim of all these digital ads is to increase website traffic, generate leads, and boost online sales for our sponsors.
Another example is a traditional advertising program that we implemented at our events. We printed Souvenir programs for the events and sold small print ads that we could include in these little booklets. Other examples would be short video spots that would be played during the intermissions of our events. This program might involve creating captivating TV commercials, magazine or newspaper display ads, and signs or posters that would be placed in high traffic areas at each of our events or on other high traffic platforms. The goal is to reach a broad audience, promote the brand of our sponsors and hopefully drive product sales.
Overall, advertising programs are multifaceted strategies that leverage various marketing channels and tactics to communicate messages effectively, build brand awareness, and drive consumer engagement and action. They are also an essential component in our fundraising strategy which helps us pay for our various programs and offer tremendous discounts to our sponsoring members to lower their costs for having a good time.
